Community Engagement Plan

If an issue arises and needs to be addressed by a member of our management team, please use the following guidelines in order to express your concern or file a complaint. Once a complaint is received by either party listed below, they will contact you within 10 business days via mail, email or phone. We are always eager to ensure our program is offering the best experience possible for the residents we serve. Community input and open dialogue is an important element of that experience.

If neither Mr. Watson or Ms. Rubel is available when you contact the facility by phone, the staff member on duty will document your contact information and report it to either party as soon as possible. If you have a general question about our program, please feel free to contact the facility at any time. If this is an emergency situation or legal matter, the management team member on call will be notified. Otherwise, Mr. Watson and/or Ms. Rubel will receive the information the next business day.

If you are looking to report that a resident has possibly violated the law, we will make every effort to investigate within the scope of our capabilities. If needed, all information will be gathered and either the local Juvenile Court office or the Sheriff's Office will be notified. Parents or custodians will be notified of any incident involving Juvenile Court officials or the Sheriff's Office personnel.
